You are responsible for your own room reservations.
Big Sky Resort has reserved a block of rooms for the festival, July 1 - 5, 2009, in the Huntley Lodge. These rooms have 2 Queen beds and are in the same building as the festival. The festival rate is $100/night + tax. The resort will honor the conference price outside the specified dates if you wish to arrive early and/or stay longer.

The Huntley also offers loft rooms with three beds. Condominiums (which can sleep six) are available for those who need more space and/or want a kitchen. There are many condos at the resort. If you want to be in the same building as the festival, ask for the Shoshone Condominiums and tell them you are coming for the harp festival. They will also offer special rates for us.
