General Festival Information

Registration Fee:
$375.00/person for the complete festival

$150.00/person for one day

$50.00 for companion pass

$15.00 for one day companion pass (will include selected workshops)

$10.00 General concert  Admission

 We accept VISA and Master Card

 
Dates: July 1- 5, 2009

Wednesday, July 1, will begin with registration at 3:00 p.m.

The first event will be a concert that evening at 8:00 p.m. followed by a reception.

Sunday, July 5, will be a day for relaxing, sightseeing, open mike, and travel.

Lodging:
There is a room block reserved for us at the resort with festival prices. You are responsible for making your own reservations (see  Accommodations). If you want to come early and/or stay longer, the festival prices will be honored for your entire stay. Be sure to say you are coming for the Harp Festival.

Meals:
We are offering a meal ticket for festival attendees and their companions.  Meals will be served buffet style in the Huntley Dining Room beginning with dinner on Wednesday evening and ending with breakfast/brunch on Sunday morning.  Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 11 meals and will include all taxes and gratuities.   Tickets are $200, must be pre-ordered, and will not be available once you have arrived at the festival.

Private Lessons:
Lessons will be available with your favorite performers. Be sure to put your request on your registration form to be given to the performer. You are responsible for paying the performer directly.

CD  Recording:
Kevin Holsinger will be offering a chance for attendees to make a demo CD.  You will be able to sign up for a one or two hour appointment.  To discuss this opportunity in advance and schedule your appointment, please contact Kevin at

Feldenkrais:
Jan Kingston will be available for a limited number of private lessons.  Please contact her in advance to make arrangements at   or at 425-870-4697
